AEROPRESS

The AeroPress is an immersion style coffee maker. Finely ground coffee is immersed in the chamber with a quick brew time. The pressure produced when pressing the plunger through the chamber further extracts all coffee flavours.

AMERICAN EXPRESS

A hybrid of immersion and percolation brewing method. It combines a pressurized brewing technique and the classic shape of a regular French press into an all-in-one. The result is a visually striking reverse pillar of coffee ready to drink in under 3 minutes.

V60

V60 is a pour over brewing method, the name stems from the shape of the device. V represents the cone-shaped filters and 60 is the angle. The coffee for this method should be balanced and flavourful.

KALITA

The Kalita Wave dripper is a pour-over brewing method dripping through a singular hole, it features a flat bottom with three extraction holes, this eliminates any channelling of water in the coffee bed, resulting in an extremely crisp cup.

CHEMEX

Chemex is a pour-over brewing method using special custom-made filters which are specially designed to filter out bitter notes. They are thicker filters and they help manage the flow of water through the ground coffee and it will give you a remarkably clean cup of coffee.

COLD BREW

Cold brew is a method that combines ground coffee and cool water and uses time instead of heat to extract the flavour. This method uses a paper filter immersing coarsely ground coffee in water and infuses anywhere between 16 to 24 hours. The results gives smoother,
